Publication Process
The publication of conference proceedings has specific characteristics that distinguish it from the editorial processes of the rest of AG Editor's journals, so it is essential that authors follow our guidelines.
Proceedings articles are sent directly to the assigned editors, who are responsible for managing the review process and compiling the accepted manuscripts. Once this process is completed, the editors submit the accepted papers along with the Conference Proceedings Proposal Form, previously approved by the publisher, as a single batch, rather than individually as the papers are ready.
Proceedings manuscripts are published in the annual volume of SCT Proceedings in Interdisciplinary Insights and Innovations and may include (if deemed appropriate by the editorial board) a presentation editorial on the proceedings or the event held. For this to be possible, editors must ensure that all accepted manuscripts meet the established requirements for publication and production. Publication cannot proceed until all files meet the required standards.
This approach ensures an organized and efficient editorial process, allowing timely publication of the proceedings as a comprehensive collection.
