Background: Immunotherapy represents one of the most significant advances in the field of medicine in recent decades. It is a treatment modality that uses the body's own immune system to fight diseases, primarily cancer, but also a variety of autoimmune disorders and infectious diseases. This revolutionary approach has fundamentally changed our understanding and management of various medical conditions, opening a new horizon of therapeutic possibilities. Material and methods: The methodology of this work was based on the compilation of information from previous studies, scientific articles and postgraduate studies published in the database: Scielo, PubMed, Intramed, WHO, Ministry of Health of Argentina). Results: Non-pharmacological treatments for urinary tract infections include cranberry, flax seed, bearberry, buchu, sage, rice vinegar, garlic, onion, rosemary and horseradish. A vegetarian diet with high levels of vitamin A, vitamin C, and carotenoids can also help prevent urinary tract infections. The consumption of caffeine and coffee can increase and progress urinary urgency symptoms in men, but the intake of grapefruit and orange juice can reduce the symptoms. Coffee consumption in women had no such effect, but an increase in sodium intake or increased consumption of caffeinated soft drinks may cause UTI symptoms. More studies are needed to establish recommendations on the consumption of coffee, caffeinated beverages, and orange and grapefruit juices. Conclusion: Immunological treatments for urinary tract infections include staying hydrated, consuming vitamin C, cranberries, garlic and onion, taking sitz baths, and using supplements such as D-Mannose and hawthorn berry leaves. These remedies can help relieve symptoms and prevent recurrence, but should not replace conventional medical treatment such as antibiotics. It is important to consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment
